Breath of life Meditation (Paris) : meditative focus, body in movement and stillness.

Workshops on Saturdays Oct. 12th 2024, Feb 4th & June 21st 2025 from 9.30am to 12.30pm at the Centre Les Temps du Corps.

Open Up Communication (on line) : focusing on connection and expression through language, inspired by Nonviolent Communication.

OUC Program (on line) : Harmonising my world. The next 15-weeks cycle begins on Thursday 10th October 2024.

OUC Workshops - Source and Wisdom: Advanced group with different themes. Practitioners who have already followed the 15-week programme or who feel they have acquired the basics of Nonviolent Communication and would like to continue practising in a group.

* Once a month, on Wednesdays from 7pm to 9pm.

* 10 workshops: 18 Sept, 16 Oct, 13 Nov, 11 Dec 2024 and 15 Jan, 12 Feb, 12 March, 16 April, 14 May, 11 June 2025.

Festival Une Autre Façon d'Aimer (in Cabourg) with Boris Trouplin.
Awareness Dance workshop, show and presentation on Sunday 10 November at 8.30pm. The festival opens on Saturday 9 November at 2pm and closes on Monday 11 November at 1pm, at the Casino de Cabourg (Normandy).
