Open Up Communication: Qi Dance, Meditation and Nonviolent Communication
Through Qi Dance (body), meditation (soul) and Non-Violent Communication (mind language), I naturally refine my relationship to the living present in me and around me. I learn to explore my depths, map my areas of vulnerability and power and thus, act on the world of the heart of my being with sincerity, tranquility and openness.
