DESCRIPTION

  • Is there a simple and effective way to listen to yourself and others?
  • Can we speak calmly, clearly and authentically to get what we want?
  • Is it possible to communicate with oneself and with the other with kindness and fluidity?

In a world where words play an essential role, we finally notice that few people really know how to communicate what they feel and what they want in a clear and authentic way.

In this introduction in the form of a workshop, Phounkeo illuminates with vitality and a smile, the association of Meditation and NonViolent Communication (NVC). You are guided on a journey where the mind 'pauses' and words are used effectively to make your life and that of those around you more beautiful and harmonious.

If you want to go further, Phounkeo also offers 15 weeks of progressive workshops starting on February 2, 2021 to integrate these tools into your life:“Open Up Communication: streamlining my communication, harmonizing my world. »

You will thus be able to experience the authenticity of the relationship with yourself and with the other while being guided step by step.

Financial participation

Free and mindful – you give according to what resonates right with you.

I am keen to be able to share these practice spaces and that you, on your side, can also contribute in conscience: according to the value you give to what you have received, according to your own financial resources as well as your pleasure in giving. I like to tell myself that this choice is already a lesson in itself.

Here is an article I wrote on this topicConfidence in a contribution that comes from the heart, free and conscious.

After the event, an email with the different means of contributions will be sent to you if you are a new participant.

Outfit

Soft and light leaving the stomach free to breathe.
