Answer to Geneviève who asked me this question
“How can you be so available for others?”
Thank you for this question as it has matured in my mind in this way.
To be available to others, I realized I needed to be first available to myself. And it starts with being well-rested. Not too much and not too little sleeping time, only what my body needs. I am then naturally more receptive to life. Second, meditation helps me to be more present for each step of my life, to know myself better, I’m then taking efficient decisions knowing how to say ‘yes’ or ‘no’ to potentiel projects. My life is becoming more aligned and fluent, I am then more available and open to others. And also, the more I meditate, the more I love life, the less I need to sleep (I haven’t looked for it but this came naturally). Of course, I’m still on my way but it is already so much more peaceful 😉
